LamaDemy

1. The service

LamaDemy is an online language-learning service operated by Lama Software. It offers lessons, practice, vocabulary review, and an AI tutor you can use in writing and by voice, on lamademy.com and in the LamaDemy apps. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service.

2. Using LamaDemy

LamaDemy is for your own language study. You agree not to:

• —Access another person's account, or any part of the service you are not allowed to use.
• —Upload harmful content, or interfere with lessons, other learners, or the service.
• —Share your password or let someone else use your account.
• —Use bots or scripts to overload the tutor, lessons, or voice practice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to register. You confirm that you meet this age when you create an account. You are responsible for activity under your login and for keeping your password private. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used in a way that harms other learners or the service.

4. Lessons and the AI tutor

Lessons, corrections, exercises, and conversations are study aids. The tutor can be wrong or incomplete, and it is not a certified exam result or an accredited diploma. Use your own judgment, especially before a test, a job, or a school requirement. Conversations may be stored so you can continue a lesson later. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information to the tutor.

5. Plans

LamaDemy may include a free plan with practice limits and paid plans with wider access. The limits and features that apply to you are shown in your account. A trial, when we offer one, is described before it starts, including whether a payment method is required.

6. Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew until you cancel. You can cancel in Settings. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the next renewal does not run. The price is the one shown at checkout. If a payment fails, paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.

7. Availability

We aim to keep lessons, voice practice, and the tutor available. They can still be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or causes outside our control. We may change or retire a feature when it no longer fits the course. When we can, we will tell you about a planned closure in the app or by email.

8. Responsibility

LamaDemy is a practice service. We are not responsible for exam scores, grades, or decisions you make from a correction or lesson. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for LamaDemy in the three months before the claim. These terms do not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Turkey have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence say otherwise.

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to how you study or pay, we will show it in the service or email you when we have your address. If you keep using LamaDemy after the update, the new terms apply.

11. If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If a court finds that one part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is limited to the minimum needed and the rest stays in effect.
